(MENAFN Press) (EMAILWIRE.COM, November 15, 2012 ) Bedlington, Northumberland- Wedding photos of Hollywood stars Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are said to have fetched 300,000.
The couple were married Oct. 19 in a lavish wedding that featured fireworks and beach festivities that lasted a week at the Italian resort of Borgo Egnazia in Puglia. The cost of the celebration was put at 6.5 million.
Biel and Timberlake also are allowing two magazines to publish photos of the nuptials, The New York Post reported.
(They) have sold their wedding pictures to People for an estimated 300,000, the newspaper said. The usually publicity-shy couple have also struck a deal with OK! to sell the pictures of their nuptials in Europe.
The site of the wedding celebrations was decorated with white flowers, and the resort property erected big marquees at the reception. About 100 guests are said to have attended.
Giambattista Valli designed the pink and white dress that Biel wore, the Post said. Music at the party included hits by *NSYNC, and the DJ was Questlove, drummer for Roots. Timberlake sang for Biel, but did not perform any music by his ex-band.
It's a new one that he hasn't released yet, a source said, according to Us Weekly. He dedicated it to Jessica.
Timberlake's former bandmates Lance Bass, JC Chasez, Joey Fatone and Chris Kirkpatrick did not attend. They were reported to be unhappy that they were left out.
The band were not invited and are pretty upset about it, a source said, according to the Post. But the wedding guests were mainly close family and friends.
A spokesperson for the couple had no comment.
