(MENAFN - Muscat Daily) The student company Mathaq, which recently won the Injaz Oman competition, has won the Most Innovative Product Award for its instant tea packs at the Injaz al Arab competition held in Qatar last week. The competition saw the participation of 13 teams from the region.The teams had to give a presentation of their idea, followed by their display at booths. Lastly, each team was interviewed by a panel of judges.This is the third award Oman has won at the competition. In 2008, it bagged the Best Student CEO award and a team from Oman was adjudged the Best Student Company in the 2009 edition.''We are proud of what we have achieved and we are proud of Injaz Oman. We are looking for good investors to further expand our business,'' said Khalida Salim al Siyabi, student vice-president for Mathaq.''We had asked the selection panel to choose a team that could represent Oman well. I am glad that these students have proved us right,'' said Shabib al Maamri, executive director of Injaz Oman.
