(MENAFN - Muscat Daily) Omantel has announced the launch of new enhanced Mada plans and the introduction of the all-new Mada Liberty Plus package.The packages provide a comprehensive solution and freedom for Omantel customers to communicate through voice, messaging and mobile broadband at affordable rates while availing special discount on international calls.The launch of these exciting new packages is an important step and comes as part of Omantel's commitment to offer innovative products to the largest mobile community in the sultanate.These packages provide Omantel customers the freedom to speak and communicate with friends and relatives across the country and abroad with peace of mind.Haitham Abdullah al Kharusi, vice president, Consumer Business Unit at Omantel, said, ''We are pleased to launch the new Mada packages, which is a direct result of listening to the needs of our customers, ensuring that we continue to enrich the market with innovative products that help bring our customers closer together. The new Mada packages give our customers the opportunity to connect to a community of more than 2.7mn Omantel subscribers, access the Internet on the go with our mobile broadband service and moreover get up to 30 per cent discount on international calls to any destination.''Commenting on the details of the new packages, Saleem Ahmed Abdullatiff, general manager, marketing at Omantel Consumer Business Unit said, ''The new packages are designed to enable customers to communicate more freely through plans that meet the different needs and usage patterns. Every package includes a number of minutes or calls, SMS, and MMS in addition to free mobile broadband as well as a discount on international calls of up to 30 per cent.''These packages provide ideal solution for our customers especially the youth who are looking for simple, all-in-one solution at competitive rates.  The packages are ideal especially with the increased adoption of smartphone and tablets.''Abdullatiff added, ''We are building on the success of the pay per call' packages that Omantel was first to launch in 2010. The new improved Mada packages are designed to offer our customers options that suit their individual usage patterns.''Mada 10' comes with 200 on-net minutes, 200 on-net SMS or MMS, 500MB of mobile broadband in addition to 10 per cent discount on international calls for RO10 per month. ''Mada 20 comes with 500 on-net minutes, 500 on-net SMS or MMS, 1GB of mobile broadband, and 20 per cent discount on international calls.''The Mada Liberty Plus includes 250 on-net voice or video calls, 750 on-net SMS or MMS in addition to 2GB of mobile broadband as well as 25 per cent discount on international calls. Mada Infinity now provides even more value.In addition to the unlimited on-net calls, SMS, and MMS it now comes with 5GB of mobile broadband and 30 per cent discount on international calls.As part of providing customers with simple all-in-one packages, Omantel made subscribing as simple. Customers need just to send the package monthly fee to 90010 for immediate confirmation.For example, to subscribe to Mada Liberty Plus, SMS 25 to 90010.
