Saudi- Key role of security, armed forces in Haj emphasized

(MENAFN - Arab News) Crown Prince Salman, deputy premier and minister of defense, yesterday highlighted the role played by the Kingdom's security forces, the National Guard and armed forces in making this year's Haj a big success.

Addressing commanders of the armed forces who came to greet him, Prince Salman emphasized the security and stability being enjoyed by the Kingdom. "We have to thank God for this great blessing," he added.

Earlier, Chief of Staff Gen. Hussein Al-Qubail congratulated Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah and Prince Salman on Eid Al-Adha and the successful completion of this year's Haj operation.
