(MENAFN- ProactiveInvestors - Australia) Telecommunications provider My Net Fone (ASX: MNF) has signed an agreement to acquire the client base and assets of inbound call specialist CallStream for A$600,000.
The acquisition is expected to be earnings accretive in the 2013 financial year, adding gross revenue of A$1 million per annum and about A$600,000 to its pre-tax profit over the next 12 months.
Earnings in the subsequent years are expected to further improve following complete network and product integration and once new sales and marketing initiatives are deployed to leverage the additional brand and product line concepts into its portfolio.
MNF, which has a large number of small business customers purchasing high margin hosted inbound telephony services said the acquisition is consistent with its growth strategy.
Callstream has a customer base of just under 2,000 inbound services across 650 small business customers.
