Nominations for Travelex awards open till Nov 11 

(MENAFN - Muscat Daily) In response to a last minute rush in entries and to ensure that no-one misses the opportunity to submit their nominations for the inaugural edition of the Travelex Oman Tourism Ambassador Awards, the closing date for submitting entries has been extended by two weeks.Graham Flannery, Travelex' director of Business Development for the Middle East, said, ''Since the announcement of the Travelex Oman Tourism Ambassador Awards, we have been inundated with a high level of response, queries and positive comments commending the initiative. We are accommodating those who haven't had the time to send in their nominations, by extending the closing date by two weeks to November 11.''We would also like to announce that Travelex will be awarding cash prizes for the winners of each category.  The winner of the overall Gold Tourism Ambassador Award will receive RO1,500, while RO600 will be given to each of the individual category winners and RO500 for each of the regional award winners.'
