The St. Regis Athletic Club, the 3500sqm state-of-the-art fitness facility at Abu Dhabi's first true beach resort is all set to host its first Open-House on Saturday 17 November, 10am onwards, giving fitness enthusiasts and residents alike complimentary access to its facilities and classes all through the day.
A day filled with fun activities range for yoga, power abs, boot camp, indoor cycling for beginners, indoor swimming, tennis, rowing and a special session on detoxification. Each free activity offered also includes competitive sessions with exciting prizes to be given away, including an overnight stay at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort.

Adding to the excitement of the day, for those looking to enroll on the spot, the club will offer special membership packages with value adds such as one-month additional access and a complimentary treatment at the resort's Iridium Spa.
The 3500sqm St. Regis Athletic Club is one of the most well-appointed gymnasiums in the city that is spread over two levels that also includes steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi.With inspiring interiors, the fitness club includes studios for aerobics, spinning, yoga and Pilates; a dedicated juice bar; and a 25-meter indoor lap pool, ensuring that every fitness need is catered to. For the more competitively inclined, the club features two squash courts and two outdoor tennis courts.
Annual memberships at the club start from AED 10,000 for a single person and AED 15,000 for a couple while memberships that include beach and selected pools access start from AED 20,000.Squash and Tennis access is free for members while guest passes are AED 50 per session. All classes are at AED 50.
Club members are also privy to preferred rates on stays at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, which has received international acclaim for its bespoke and uncompromising service. In addition, members are offered exclusive discounts at the hotel's world-class dining venues.
