(MENAFN- Arab Times) A Kuwaiti woman was arrested recently in Salmiya for driving without a valid drivers license.
Reportedly, while traffic officers were patrolling Salmiya at night, they noticed a woman driving a German-made vehicle without the headlights.
They stopped her and checked her identity to discover she is a Kuwaiti woman. She was accompanied with a Kuwaiti citizen who works at Ministry of Defense.
They checked the woman's license and discovered that it was suspended few months ago.
When they checked her details, they discovered that traffic officers had stopped her few months back for committing a traffic violation after which they had seized her pink Corvette and suspended her license.
Securitymen referred her to Salmiya police station where a case was registered against her for driving a vehicle without a valid license. They seized her vehicle and referred it to the concerned authorities.
