(MENAFN- Arab Times) A Kuwaiti man, former government employee, and an Asian have been arrested for forging official documents, possessing a seal of a senior official working for the General Department of Service Center and carrying out forged transactions in return for KD 500 each, reports Al-Jaridah daily.
The daily quoting security sources said acting on a tip-off the authorities put the suspects under surveillance and caught them red-handed while carrying out unofficial transactions.
The police also took into custody the Asian man who completed typing work for the suspect and during interrogation he admitted the 'dismissed' was forging transactions of laborers and marginal workers for money.
He also told the interrogators the man possessed the seal in the name of a senior employee of the service center.
