Kuwait- Bangladeshi held for selling MoH medicines


(MENAFN- Arab Times) A Bangladeshi employee of Mubarak Al-Kabeer Hospital was arrested recently for stealing medicines worth KD 1,500 from the hospital pharmacy, reports Al-Rai daily. Reportedly, the hospital administration lodged a complaint against the suspect after they discovered the theft. During interrogations, the suspect confessed his crime. He was referred to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action against him. Meanwhile, an unidentified individual broke into the room of an Egyptian engineer in Khaitan and stole two laptops, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily. When the Operations Room of Ministry of Interior received information about the theft, securitymen rushed to the location along with officers from General Department for Criminal Evidences. They collected evidences and lifted fingerprints. The victim informed securitymen that the suspect did not take any money. A case was registered and investigations are ongoing to find the suspect and retrieve the stolen laptops.
