(MENAFN- Arab Times) The Operations and Patrols Department of Ahmadi Security Directorate during a crackdown on illegal residents and vice are said to have arrested several people, reports Alam Alyawm daily. The daily added several checkpoints were erected at vital crossroads.
During the crackdown police have seized one vehicle and transferred it to the Mina Abdullah Garage of the Ministry of Interior.
Police have also arrested nine other people for not carrying personal identification, issued 20 traffic citations and arrested one person along with 122 bottles of locally-manufactured booze.
