(MENAFN- Arab Times) A big scandal has been unearthed by the Finance and Personal Affairs Department of the Kuwait Municipality, reports Al-Shahed daily.
According to reliable sources several employees who are on the Municipality roster have been receiving their paychecks for the past seven months without setting a foot inside the Municipality premises.
The sources added the issue has been referred to the Legal Affairs Department of the Municipality which in turn has filed lawsuits against the 'employees'.
