(MENAFN - Arab Times) Three Kuwaiti citizens and a GCC expatriate were arrested recently in Mahboula for harassing a Filipina woman under the influence of liquor.
According to security sources, while Ahmadi securitymen were patrolling Mahboula, they saw a vehicle with four occupants by the roadside and as they approached the vehicle, they noticed that the occupants were harassing an Asian woman.
Securitymen checked their details and discovered the driver is a Kuwaiti citizen while two of his passengers were Kuwaiti citizens and another a GCC expatriate. Securitymen also detected the smell of alcohol from them.
They checked the details of the woman and discovered she is a Filipina woman working in a famous restaurant in Mahboula.
She informed securitymen that the suspects were harassing her, adding that they were forcing her to enter the vehicle and had even offered to pay her.
Securitymen arrested them and referred them to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action against them.
