(MENAFN- Arab Times) An unidentified Egyptian man has filed a complaint with the Salhiya Police Station accusing a compatriot of fraud and swindling him, reports Al-Rai daily.
The suspect reportedly lured the victim to join him in a business venture with a Kuwaiti partner and after receiving KD 70,000 is said to have disappeared.
