UAE- Man dies after car tyre bursts


(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) A 28-year-old UAE national died on Thursday in a horrific accident that happened early morning at Al Lewa street in Ras Al Khaimah. Lt-Col Ahmed Al Naqbi, head of traffic awareness at RAK Police, said the victim, identified as AH, was driving at a very high speed on the empty street. One of the tyres of his car exploded causing him to lose control over the wheel. The car crashed into an electric post and the man died on the spot due to internal bleeding. The body has been shifted to the morgue and will be kept there until all formalities are completed. Al Naqbi urged motorists to be cautious while driving in foggy weather conditions and also to abide by the speed limits.
