(MENAFN- ProactiveInvestors - Australia) Antares Energy (ASX: AZZ) continues to increase its oil production in the Southern Star project in Howard County, Texas, with a recently completed well flowing back more than 100 barrels per day (bpd).
The McNew-2 well is continuing to flow back fracture stimulation load water and oil.
Meanwhile, production at the Dagwood-1 well has crept up to 110bpd from 100bpd as it continues to flow back fluids used to stimulate the well.
Further additions to Southern Star production are likely from the McCann-2 and Alamo-2 wells.
Over at the Northern Star project in Dawson County, Antares is preparing to carry out fracture stimulation operations over the Cozart 19-1 and Debnam 22-1 wells in November.Â
