(MENAFN- Arab Times) Assistant Undersecretary for Traffic Affairs Major General Dr Mustapha Al-Za'abi reaffirmed the traffic sector is committed to implementing the decision that regulates the issuance of driving license for expatriates in the country, which is restricted to expatriate personnel holding university degree and with monthly salary of KD 400, reports Al-Anba daily.
