DFW best international gateway 
to the US 

(MENAFN - Khaleej Times) Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) International Airport is building on its reputation as the best entry point into the US, and the world is noticing.

Over the past 24 months, DFW has experienced a record run of twelve new international destinations. It is ranked in the top five for customer service among large airports worldwide in surveys conducted by Airports Council International for the past five years.

New international routes, more carriers, and increases in air service destinations confirm DFW's place as a global super hub with its most prolific growth period ever for worldwide route expansion in 2011 and 2012.

"With more than 190 available destinations, DFW has become the key global point of entry in the central US. We are poised to build on that success."

DFW's record-breaking recent success in landing twelve new international destinations is highlighted by nonstop service on Qantas to Australia and by the arrival of Emirates with daily service between DFW and Dubai.

For international travellers, customs at DFW is already an easy, expedient process that quickly sends travellers on their way. Frequent international travellers will have the ability to bypass the traditional passport lines and skip paper customs declaration forms when reentering the country through DFW.

Already one of the most hi-tech airports in the US, DFW is excited about one of its most requested customer enhancements, high speed Wi-Fi, started in September, thanks to a deal with Dallas-based AT&T.
