Abu Dhabi- Adec launches online complaint system


(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) Parents who have unresolved issue with their children's school can now raise their complaint simply by dialing 800555. With a partnership between the Abu Dhabi Government and the Abu Dhabi Education Council (Adec), parents need not visit the Adec's private school sector office and could easily lodge their complaint online or by dialing the hotline number. "Parents can raise a case via telephone, web, and/or chat. They do not need to visit the Adec headquarters anymore. Also the customer relationship management system ensures resolving an enquiry within a time frame of four hours depending on the communicated or submitted case," said Osama Al Horaibi, Manager of Customer Service, Private Schools and Quality Assurance Sector (PSQA), Adec. In general, parents who have an issue regarding their children's school should approach the school first, he advised.
