Acting on information, a rescue team rushed to the scene and referred the injured man in critical condition to the Mubarak Hospital for treatment. The perpetrator is still at large, but police are trying to trail him.
Meanwhile, a Kuwaiti citizen in his 30s was arrested by patrolmen in Qurain area, with an unspecified quantity of heroin in his keep. He was referred to the relevant authority without delay.
