Dubai's Damac says Abu Dhabi tower project completed


(MENAFN) Dubai-based developer Damac Properties has announced the completion of its first tower project in Abu Dhabi, Arabian Business reported. The 24-storey Marina Bay tower is located on Al Reem island and the company has begun handing over units to owners. Damac also said it expects its Burjside Boulevard project in Dubai to be completed in the first quarter of 2013. Damac, which has projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Lebanon, Qatar and Egypt, said last month that it has finalised work on the foundation raft of the Damac Tower in Beirut.
