Abu Dhabi's Tasweek to manage Malaysia's top properties


(MENAFN) Abu Dhabi-based Tasweek Real Estate Development and Marketing inked a deal with Casabrina Vacation Villas in Malaysia to manage luxury resort's properties, Emirates 24/7 reported. The agreement is part of Tasweek's USD250 million property investment in Malaysia, as the company seeks to tap Malaysia's booming tourism industry. Under the deal, Tasweek will market nine boutique Villa hotels under a Shariah-compliant scheme. Tasweek will also offer special promotion packages to GCC tourists for the top facilities and amenities of Casabrina Vacation Villas project. The project will feature 11 exclusive 6- and 8-bedroom suites nested at the foothills of Bukit Frasier in Pahang, the largest state in West Malaysia. Tasweek expects five or seven percent turnover annually from its recent USD250 million property portfolio.
