(MENAFN- Jordan Times) A campaign organised by the King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF), in partnership with Carrefour, during Ramadan has raised JD24,488, a KHCF statement said Tuesday.
The foundation marked the conclusion of the campaign in a recent ceremony, when Carrefour Jordan Country Manager Francois des Garets presented HH Princess Dina Mired, director general of KHCF, with a cheque.
As part of the campaign, Carrefour cashiers asked customers to add an optional donation of five piasters or more to their bills to benefit the KHCF.
