(MENAFN- Arab Times) A Moroccan woman with a Kuwaiti man was arrested in possession of three fingers of hashish and a bottle of imported liquor by patrolmen on duty in Salmiya area.
Sources said the patrol officers noticed a car parked in front of a rental building late at night and approached to question the occupants. Then they saw the Moroccan woman with the Kuwaiti man inside the vehicle. During questioning, the officers smelt alcohol in their breath and went ahead to conduct a search inside the vehicle, where 3 fingers of hashish and a bottle of imported liquor were found.
The Moroccan woman told policemen she works in a salon and they were planning to take a flat in that building to spend the night there. They were referred with the illicit items to Drug Control General Department for further investigation.
