Dubai's Grako buys Abu Dhabi's Western Stone Restoration


(MENAFN) Grako, the company responsible for cleaning the Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building, is heading to diversify its service portfolio by acquiring Abu Dhabi-based Western Stone Restoration, Arabian Business. Apart of Burj Khalifa, Grako is responsible for keeping some of the UAE's most prestigious properties including Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates and a number of Jumeirah hotels. Western Stone Restoration, which specialises in the treatment and cleaning of marble and granite flooring, will continue to work independently as a subsidiary of Grako, a statement said. Western Stone Restoration currently services four- and five-star hotels, including the Intercontinental Abu Dhabi, Sheraton Abu Dhabi, Crystal Hotel Abu Dhabi, and the Radisson Blu Dubai Creek.
