(MENAFN- Jordan Times) The Jordan Medical Association (JMA) on Saturday condemned an attack against an on-duty physician at Maan Public Hospital on Friday.
In a statement, JMA President Ahmad Armouti said the doctor suffered an eye injury after being attacked by the family of a patient who passed away in the hospital after being severely injured in a brawl on Friday.
He called on the Ministry of Health to take the necessary measures to prevent recurrent assaults against doctors.
