(MENAFN) Lusail City Real Estate Development Company (LREDC) announced that it has started delivering plots at Lusail City to clients, reported Arabian Business.
The company said that infrastructure work on Marina District has completed, and the district, which will house around 30,000 residents and 50,000 workers, would be the first completed project of 19 districts in the development.
A light-rail transit network will service the district, and will link to the rest of Lusail city and underground stations.
It is worth noting that once completed; Lusail City will have 200,000 residents and the capacity to house twice that many people.
