Jordan- Gov't to stop using public vehicles over 20 years old


(MENAFN- Jordan Times) Prime Minister Fayez Tarawneh on Monday decided to discontinue the use of all government vehicles over 20 years old and whose engine capacity is above 2,000cc. The decision was taken upon a recommendation from a committee entrusted with regulating the use of government vehicles, chaired by Transport Minister Hashem Masaeed. Around 60 vehicles are included in the decision and no other vehicles will be purchased to replace them.
