(MENAFN - Muscat Daily) Budget Rent A Car and Volkswagen Oman have entered into a new deal, which has seen an increased number of the new Volkswagen Jetta being purchased by the rental company to offer its customers in the sultanate.The new agreement means that Volkswagen Oman will be supplying the latest sixth generation model of the Jetta to the car rental company, in addition to their existing fleet.The increase is being made following unprecedented demand from Budget customers for the Jetta. The latest model continues to appeal to those wanting a stylish mid-sized saloon, which is spacious and offers high levels of safety and security.A quick look at the list of available safety equipment further emphasises the unique offerings of the Jetta " six airbags, ABS, Electronic Stabilisation Programme (ESP) and an alarm; Anti Slip Regulation (ASR) and Intelligent Crash Response System (ICRS). Its frugal 2lt engine offers German reliability and spirited performance coupled with low fuel consumption; a perfect combination for the rental company's customers.Commenting on the new deal, Shabbir S Boxwala, general manager, Budget Rent A Car, said, ''At Budget Rent a Car we understand that our customers need a range of travel solutions to meet their requirements.The latest Jetta is a perfect addition to our fleet.
