(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) A new batch of recruits from the parachute regiment of Sultan's Armed forces (SAF) graduated on Saturday. The ceremony was held under the auspices of Major General Saeed bin Nasser al Salmi, Commander of Royal Army of Oman.The graduates showcased their skills by jumping from a Royal Air Force of Oman plane.Major General Salmi launched the first parachute manufactured in Oman on the occasion.Senior officers from ROP and other security agencies also attended the ceremony.
