Kuwait- Murder case delayed until Oct 10


(MENAFN- Arab Times) The Criminal Court presided over by Judge Abdulrahman Al-Darmi adjourned hearing in the case involving an Egyptian guard who was killed inside a commercial complex at Mubarikiya until Oct 10. The victim, 25, is said to have intercepted some three youths-including a Kuwaiti, and asked them to leave the complex as they were harassing girls and other families. The suspects reportedly attacked and stabbed the victim with knives they hid inside their clothes, and then left him in a pool of blood. He was referred to the Amiri Hospital but died on the way due to severe injuries. It had been mentioned that securitymen, with the help of passersby, managed to capture the suspects and a case was registered against them in a police station. They were soon after referred to Public Prosecution.
