Kalgoorlie Mining Company director increases stake on market


(MENAFN- ProactiveInvestors - Australia) Kalgoorlie Mining Company (ASX: KMC) non-executive director James Crosser has increased his stake in the company to 3.76 million shares after acquiring 2 million shares on market. Crosser purchased the shares for A$12,000 for an average entry price of A$0.006 per share. Besides the shares, he also holds 600,000 employee options exercisable at A$0.25 that expire on 17 May 2016. Kalgoorlie Mining is in the process of developing and reviewing exploration programs across its tenement area. It is also maintaining the care and maintenance program at the Bullant gold mine in Western Australia to keep all options open with regard to mine access, mining and near-mine exploration potential.
