(MENAFN - Arab Times) At a ceremony held at the Al-Mazaya Tower 2, the Mazaya Holding Company launched an integrated model of the pre-fabricated and furnished offices of the highest levels of design, finishing and furnishings with the aim of introducing an integrated model for companies which are looking for something unique in terms of dcor, furnishings and design.

Board Chairman Rashid Al-Nafisi cut the ribbon in the presence of the Chief Executive Officer Engineer Naif Al-Awadi, members of the Board of Directors and Vice-Presidents Engineer Salwa Malhas and Ayman Sheet on the 21st floor of Al-Mazaya building located in Kuwait Business Town in Sharq.

Chairman Al-Nafisi accompanied by the company executives and the press then viewed the model offices which were prepared by the company as a gesture to activate the market for office space and to create a new product for the markets and companies that can contribute to accelerating the pace of leasing and service to investors and companies wishing to relocate to new sophisticated headquarters where all services and the necessary factors for investment are available, keeping in mind the rapid development movement locally and abroad.

Speaking on the occasion Al-Nafisi said Al-Mazaya has always been and still is one of the leading real estate companies in the development and real estate marketing, product innovation and real estate services that will provide added value to the products of real estate.

He said Al-Mazaya had introduced new services to upgrade its projects by providing property management service, maintenance and guarding and cleaning in cooperation with companies specialized in this field.

He went on to say, the Al-Mazaya today by inaugurating this living model, offers a radical solution for companies that suffer from the consequences of searching for new headquarters and enter the maze of design and finishing and transition, as well as the significant costs incurred by those companies without knowing that they can start their activities at the cheapest, fastest and safest way.

The CEO Naif Al Awadi added the company has launched offices with full and divided floors, in response to the need of the market to varying office space, ranging from 180 to 369 square meters.

He added the Al-Mazaya has towers that serve the office spaces in Dubai in the Al-Mazaya Business Avenue project, which has met the expectations of the local market in Dubai.

He pointed out the Al-Mazay.a has become specialized in renting office space, along with the lines of the 'Indigo' on the Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, and the project Al-Moather Towers located in the city of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Vice President for Business Development Engineer Salwa Malhas said Al-Mazaya today through this opening, introduced a full large floor of an area of 369 square meters that accommodates about 10 closed offices, as well as a meeting room at a high level of technology information, after a thorough study of the needs of companies and staff and full review on the course of work in most of the various companies.

She added the entry of Al-Mazaya in income-generating projects and providing leasing service is quite different from its past role in the marketing of products to sell and deliver to customers, while the current situation added double responsibility on the company in terms of maintaining always the level of service provided to its customers.

She stressed this has given the company full and wider marketing prospective in terms of providing features that will enhance the loyalty program by current and former customers of the company, which ensures the stability of income through permanent investors to the company, in addition to reducing competition factor and win the largest number of customers in the local market.

In reply to a query if Al-Mazaya had conducted any negotiations with the government to rent the building, the CEO said a number of government agencies and bodies have visited the building, but no contracts have been signed so far with any government agencies.
