(MENAFN Press) To announce the inauguration of one of its most prestigious office floors, and as part of its "Office at Reach" marketing campaign, Al Mazaya Holding recently hosted a press conference. Offices on the newly launched floor, located at Al Mazaya Tower 2 in the heart of Kuwait City, will be offered for rent under the company's equipped and furnished office system.

The "Office at Reach" campaign, which was launched four months ago with the aim of reaching a vast number of investors and businesses, offers a range of rental solutions, including open spaces as well as equipped or furnished offices. A dedicated team has also been allocated to facilitate the leasing of offices, to provide explanations and to assist in the selection of spaces to suit the respective needs of companies.

Marking the occasion, Eng. Dalal Al-Nafisi, Property Management Assistant Director at Al Mazaya Holding, said: "We are delighted to introduce this splendid floor dedicated to office rentals, which boasts the latest designs as well as state-of-the-art technical and technological innovations, to the market. Created in co-operation with a number of specialists, such an exceptional offering is rare in the office space industry in the State of Kuwait."

Al-Nafisi stated that Al Mazaya Tower 2 is set apart from the large number of offices available in the Kuwaiti capital by its unique service offering, which includes detailed office design and the selection of distinct dcor items, a move aimed at providing added value in an increasingly competitive market.

"After investigating the needs of investors and businesses, as well as the culture of the Kuwaiti people, it was found that offering marketing tools such as brochures and designs were not enough “a need emerged for the provision of an actual service whereby investors could access details such as how spaces are divided and finished. This," said Al-Nafisi, "gives customers a real understanding of their requirements and how far they are able to actually modify spaces in line with their needs."

In a simple explanation of what can be achieved, the media was supplied with the following example “ a true reflection of what investors can expect: a 369m space was designed to include 11 offices, two storage spaces, a well-appointed reception area and a state-of-the-art meeting room. The space was decorated with luxurious furniture, which corresponds with the needs and dynamics of companies operating in the modern business arena.

In addition to a number of media representatives, the conference was attended by Mr. Rashid Al Nafisi, Chairman of Al Mazaya Holding, Eng. Naif Al Awadi, CEO, and other members of Al Mazaya Holding's board and executive management.
