(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) The Sharjah Police have arrested an Indian national, who was allegedly involved in stealing cars parked in different areas in Sharjah.
The police had received complaints from owners of cars, saying they were shocked to find the cars parked in sandy areas missing.
The suspect confessed to the crime and said he was planning to sell them. The suspect is currently detained and will be referred to the Public Prosecution.
The Sharjah Police have warned car owners not to leave their vehicles parked in deserted areas for long periods.
