Kuwaiti bootleggers nabbed


(MENAFN- Arab Times) Police have arrested three Kuwaitis for allegedly trafficking in locally-manufactured booze, reports Al-Shahed daily. The bootleggers were arrested at a police checkpoint near the Restaurants Street in Salmiya. The daily added a police officer while checking their documents got the smell of alcohol. They were ordered to pull over and while inspecting the car police found a carton filled with bottles of local booze. The suspects and the booze have been referred to the General Department for Drug and Alcohol Control.
