(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) A gas pipeline supplying Yemen's Balhaf export terminal in the Gulf of Aden was blown up Tuesday by unidentified saboteurs, Yemen's Petroleum Ministry announced.
In a press statement the Ministry revealed that the pipeline, which links Block 18 to the Balhaf liquefied natural gas plant, was sabotaged Tuesday at 0115 local time in a desert region 171 kilometers north of the Balhaf plant.
The attack comes only two months after a similar blast in May that brought operation in the pipeline to halt.
