French fin min positive on 2013 outlook

(MENAFN) French Finance Minister Pierre Moscovici affirmed that France economy has the potential to rebound in 2013, Reuters reported. Moscovici was quoted by weekly newspaper Le Journal du Dimanche as saying there were no plans to lower 2013 growth outlook from 1.2 percent growth target. France's economy continued to growing modestly as for the fiscal third quarter ended in June, as a rise in investments and exports defied expectations for a contraction. However, the weak growth triggered the concerns that the government may struggle to meet its growth target next year. The government is targeting growth of 0.3 percent this year. Moscovici also vowed to shrink France's public sector deficit.
