(MENAFN- Arab Times) The security authorities have arrested a 20-year-old Kuwaiti for kidnapping and raping an unidentified Filipino woman inside an apartment in Salmiya, reports Annahar daily.
According to the complainant the suspect befriended her when she was shopping and offered to drop her to her home. After the victim got into the vehicle he reportedly drove her to an apartment in Salmiya and raped her.
The complainant then directed the police to the apartment where she was raped. When police went to the apartment they found the suspect under the influence of alcohol.
