Eftel Limited continues buying spree, to acquire Visage Telecom


(MENAFN- ProactiveInvestors - Australia) Eftel Limited (ASX: EFT) has inked an agreement to acquire Visage Telecom as part of its strategy of identifying value adding synergistic businesses with market competitive EBITDA multiples. The acquisition cost of A$450,000 represents a total consideration on a post synergy annual EBITDA multiple of less than two times. Visage Telecom is an Australian voice product service provider to small and medium businesses. Eftel will settle the transaction by way of a $225,000 cash payment and the issue of $225,000 worth of shares. On the acquisition trail Earlier this year Eftel acquired the assets of service provider West Australian Networks on a post synergy annual EBITDA multiple of less than 1.5. The deal included around 1,500 business and residential DSL customers and all intellectual property.
