(MENAFN- Arab Times) An Asian woman recently died from severe injuries when she was thrown from the fourth floor of a building in Hawally by a citizen under the influence of alcohol.
According to sources, when the Operations Room at Ministry of Interior received information about a woman who fell from the fourth floor of a building, securitymen and paramedics rushed to the location.
Paramedics quickly transferred the victim to Mubarak Hospital; however, after arriving at the hospital, the victim succumbed to her injuries. The corpse was referred to the Forensics Department for autopsy.
During investigations, securitymen discovered that she was pushed from the fourth floor while she was having an argument with her boyfriend. Securitymen discovered that her boyfriend is a Kuwaiti citizen and was drunk when the quarrel occurred.
A case was registered and the citizen was arrested and referred to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action against him.
Meanwhile, an Arab woman attempted to commit suicide by jumping out from the second floor of a building in Hawally following a quarrel with her husband.
Reportedly, her husband had locked her in a room after a quarrel between them. She jumped from the window of the room in an attempt to kill herself.
