(MENAFN- Arab Times) Police are looking for unidentified assailants who allegedly stabbed the cashier of a petrol station several times with knives and escaped with the money, reports Alam Alyawm daily.
According to reports when police and paramedics acting on information rushed to the spot they found the victim on the floor in a pool of blood.
The man has been admitted to the Intensive Care Unit of the Amiri Hospital.
In the meantime police are waiting for the man to recover to know the details of the suspects and the getaway car.
The sources said the detectives have opened an investigation into the incident and listened to the testimonies of eyewitnesses including a worker at the station and a security guard.
