(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) The Fujairah Court of Appeal on Tuesday upheld a lower court's ruling sentencing three Asian men to six months each in jail for stealing from cars.
The incidents happened in March this year. Three people lodged complaints with the police that some persons had smashed the window glasses of their cars and escaped with important documents, cards and valuable items.
Three Asians - 26-year-old A.A, 27-year-old H.A and 31-year-old A.A who had previous criminal records - were arrested. On questioning, the trio confessed to stealing from the cars.
