(MENAFN- Arab Times) Securitymen will soon summon all patrol officers who were on duty during the day a Filipino woman was raped by two patrol officers, and line them up for the victim to identify the rapists, reports Al-Rai daily quoting security sources.
It was published earlier that two patrol officers stopped a taxi for investigations and forced the Filipino passenger into the police vehicle, after which they took her to a remote location and raped her. Following the incident, the victim filed a case against the patrol officers at the nearest police station.
Sources revealed that investigations to identify the patrol officers have been ongoing to arrest them.
They added that during investigations, securitymen collected the details of all patrol officers who were on the duty on the day of the incident and summoned them to the police station so that the victim can identify the rapists.
