(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) Shaikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman has approved the organisational structure of the Ajman Real Estate Regulatory Agency, or Arra, which is responsible for regulating real estate activities and joint ownership in Ajman and sets up policies and legislations to authorise real estate projects/investment buildings and oversees the implementation of these policies and other plans related to them.
The approval came in Decree No.13/2012 in line with directives from His Highness Shaikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman, to advance the performance of the emirate's governmental bodies.
Arra's structure features three major departments for real estate procedures, real estate relations and development as well as for support services.
