(MENAFN- ProactiveInvestors - Australia) Austin Exploration (ASX: AKK) has some potentially very interesting news on the horizon with the ASX granting the company a halt pending results from the third Mississippi well in U.S.
Austin's first two Mississippi wells produced initially at rates of 135 BOPD and 82 BOPD. Both of these wells continue to produce at economic levels and are expected to last for several more years.
Austin has a 50% working interest in this project.
The halt will last until the earlier of an announcement being made to the market, or the opening of trade on Tuesday 24th July.
