(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) Abu Dhabi Munisicipality will issue licences, trade names and provide other investors' related services from its newly established office at the Higher Corporation for Specialized Economic Zones, or ZonesCorp, which runs special economic and industrial zones in the emirate.
The office will provide a range of services for investors to facilitate them in establishing their projects. It will be responsible for issuing and renewing preliminary and permanent licences, registering trade names, and providing environmental-related approvals.
The office's duties also involve receiving requests for land within ZonesCorp, in addition to coordination efforts with different relevant authorities for various issues.
Part of its services center located at its main headquarters, ZonesCorp established the office to facilitate licensing procedures for customers. The new office located at the ZonesCorp headquarters will work towards reiterating ZonesCorp's important role in operating specialized industrial Zones in Abu Dhabi, while ensuring that it enhances infrastructure facilities and provides all the services that investors need to establish their projects within its zones.
