Kuwait- KAC faces suit


(MENAFN- Arab Times) Several passengers of the Kuwait Airways flight, which had to land in Al-Madina Al-Mounawara City last week when the aircraft encountered engine failure while flying to Jeddah, filed cases against Kuwait Airways Corporation (KAC), demanding compensation for the physical and psychological trauma they experienced during the flight. Attorneys Mohammad Al-Otaibi and Arshad Al-Qafdi demanded compensations for their clients who suffered physically and psychologically during the flight. In a press statement, they stressed on the necessity for control of the negligence by some institutions in the country, particularly flight agencies.
