(MENAFN- Arab Times) When a Kuwaiti woman filed a complaint with the police accusing an unidentified youth of harassing her and threatening to cause her harm, he was arrested by the police, reports Al-Shahed daily.
In her complaint the woman said the youth kept sending her abusive SMS and when she threatened to report him to the authorities, he reportedly threatened to cut her ear.
He was released after he signed a pledge of good conduct.
