Under this agreement, Hisco will provide Henkel adhesives, sealants and surface treatments specific to the aerospace market. Hisco's value-add divisions Precision Converting and Adhesive Materials Group will also contribute significantly. Precision Converting will do the converting and tolling of dry film products. Adhesive Materials Group will repackage adhesives and sealants.
